During the upgrading period, the trading will be suspended. Please close the contract position and transfer contract funds to Exchange account before 15:00 February 26, 2021(UTC+8), after 15:00 February 26, 2021(UTC+8), the position will be uniformly closed and transferred to the Exchange account. And BW will suspend the trading of contract products at this time point. If the user has not closed the position and transferred the assets within the deadline, the system will automatically close the position and transfer the assets.
Users who are unable to close positions and transfer positions on the app side can use the web operation. If you encounter problems during this period, you can send an email to zoe@bw.io or contact online customer service, our team will assist with your issue.
