【Event Rules】
1. During the event, any existing OTC merchant who has successfully recommended a new OTC merchant or anyone applying to become a new OTC merchant will enjoy the following exclusive rights. If the OTC merchant certification is cancelled, all the following rights will be automatically invalid.

- Order transaction volume: unlimited
- Advertisement quota: 50W
- Number of advertisements of each trading pair: unlimited
- Binding transaction accounts (bank card, Alipay, WeChat): multiple
- Same-price advertisement ranking right: multiple
- Exchange trading fee: free (within three months after the merchant certification into effective)
- Online customer service: 1 to 1 customer service
- Exclusive merchant reward group: Yes
- Irregular business training: Yes
- Exclusive blacklist channel: Yes

2. If the new OTC merchants do not meet the requirement for a long time, the platform will withdraw their OTC certified merchant qualifications and revoke the fee-free rights and interests.
3. The final interpretation right of this event belongs to BW.
