Announcement about PLA open trading time and lucky draw result

Dear BW user:

Under the timely maintenance of the data system by BW officials, the system has been running normally. Please understand the inconvenience brought to you during this period. BW has always adhered to the principle of serving the users first. After collecting the opinions of the majority of users through voting, for the majority of users' rights and interests, BW announced to maintain the result of PLA lucky draw, reduce the amount of winning quota to 25% of the existing amount, and at the same time exempt the whole website transaction fee for 15 days for the PLA users who won the lottery before data maintenance. The issuing time and opening trading time of PLA are as follows:

Before August 28, 2019 23:59 (UTC+8), ETH deduction and PLA distribution will be completed.

Opening Trading Time: 09:00 August 29, 2019 (UTC+8)

Note: 15-day all-station transaction fee exemption = full refund of all-station transaction fee (starting and ending time: August 29, 2019 09:00:00 to September 13, 2019 09:00:00 (UTC+8))
