About delay open HC(HyperCash) trading announcement

Dear BW.com users:

Due to the discovery of some users using scripts to maliciously hang the order, affecting the fairness of the transaction, in order to protect the profit of users, BW now needs to suspend HC/USDT transaction for emergency maintenance and upgrading, BW will delay the open trading time of HC/USDT transaction. The open trading time extended to 15:00 August 21, 2019 (UTC+8).

【The price limiting mechanism】

Start time: 15:00 August 17, 2019 (UTC+8)

Details:

1. during the price limiting mechanism, if the daily increase or decrease of HC reach 20%, the system will automatically stop trading, and the next open trading time will be 15:00 (UTC+8) the next day after the trading stops. 

2. The maximum order quantity on the first day is 0.001HC, and the maximum order quantity increases 0.001HC every day until the end of the price limiting mechanism.
