BW.com global operation team discussed base on the voice from community and decided to make Supplemental Agreement as following:

1.Before the round 2 event, all round 1 participated users will be added to round 2 event and continue earning interests.

2.All frozen accounts which got illegal rewards by program will be out of round 2 event after unlock.
